Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes, we deliver countrywide through reliable courier services like G4S, Fargo Courier, and Wells Fargo. Delivery times vary depending on your location — usually 1–3 days within Nairobi and major towns, and up to 5 days for remote areas.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Nairobi starts from Ksh 250 depending on location. For outside Nairobi, courier charges are calculated based on weight and destination, and are paid on delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, we offer cash or M-Pesa on delivery within Nairobi. For upcountry orders, we usually require payment before dispatch due to courier policies.
Do you accept M-Pesa?
Absolutely! You can pay directly through M-Pesa till number/paybill, or use the “Lipa na M-Pesa” option at checkout on our website.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, we specialize in custom-made crafts and home décor. You can share your preferred colors, sizes, and designs, and we’ll create something unique for you.
What sizes of duvets and carpets do you stock?
We stock standard Kenyan sizes: 4×6, 5×6, 6×6 duvets, and carpets ranging from small mats to 5×8, 6×9, and 7×10. Custom sizes can also be arranged.
How do I know the quality of the product before buying?
We provide clear photos, videos, and detailed descriptions. If you’re in Nairobi, you can also visit our shop/showroom to view items before purchase.
What if the item I receive is different from what I ordered?
We have a simple exchange policy — if the item doesn’t match the description or has a defect, we’ll replace it or give you store credit within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, we do! If you’re a reseller, boutique owner, or need bulk purchases, we can provide discounted rates. Contact us directly for a quotation.
How do I take care of my duvets and carpets?
For duvets, we recommend machine washing or hand washing with mild detergent, and air drying. For carpets, vacuum regularly, spot-clean spills immediately, and deep clean occasionally at a professional cleaner.
